Sure, the R55 and R56 clients just work back to R55. ADSL usually uses PPPoE for authentication, which adds 8 bytes to the packet. This can cause fragmentation issues because the MTU is too high.
I'm not sure if this utility is part of the FP3 version of SR/SC, but it is in the later versions, all of which are compatible with an FP3 gateway. Look for a program in the C:\Program Files\CheckPoint\SecuRemote\bin folder named MTUAdjust.exe. Execute it, answer Yes, check all the boxes and set the MTU from 1500 back to 1350 and reboot.
Note that this thing doesn't actually read the current MTU. It always says 1500 when you start it up.

I have never managed to get SR working from behind ADSL. Admittedly I haven't tried since migrating from 4.1 to NG AI.
I was told once that certain ports needed to be opened up on the ADSL router but I don't know which, and getting end users to attempt that seems probably futile anyway.
I would love to know if anyone has succeeded with SR R55 or R56 back to NG AI R55?

I am having issues getting secure reomte fp3 to work from home with adsl. I can get it to work with dialup, just not adsl. i do not have a firewall enabled on the adsl router.
I have added force udp encapuslation and this doesnt work either ? anyone got any ideas???????
