There is an option on SecureTrack that allows you to give feedback on any
solution. Part of your feedback may be that the solution is not clear enough
for you. I know of people that in the past reported feedback and got clearer
answers. Have you tried that?
I am testing NGx R61 and I very much would like to know under what
circumstances that the CMA crahes and the the cause. It seems like
checkpoint is famous for pulling this kind of crap. Very troubling for
me.
My advise would be give feedback, but use the proper channels. If using this
list AFAIK has proven not useful for you in the past (or otherwise you
wouldn't complain that much). Why continuing using this as the way to give
feedback then?
