I'll take that one step beyond and offer: why pay for RHEL when you can use SecurePlatform for free? I agree that the DL380 is an excellent platform and you can load it up with memory, fast CPU and redundant disks for not a lot of money. You will have a high performance firewall for a fraction of the cost of a comparable Nokia.
