I would like to thank everyone who have helped me, given me some hints
regarding my problem. Really appreciated.
Finally I solve it after giving it many tries. Perhaps I can share with you:
First of all I have checked and made sure that my routing is correct. What I
did was reinstalling NT and amazingly it works after the reinstallation. I
think the first problem lies on the NT. Or, before reinstalling NT, try to
remove the NIC adapter and related protocol then reinstall them.
Second, the default gateway on NIC connected to external/internet of FW-1 is
set to its own IP address not to the router.
The default gateway on NIC connected to DMZ of FW-1 is left empty. The
default gateway on NIC for each server in DMZ is set to the IP address of
the NIC connected to DMZ of FW-1.
Third, add some routing if use static route on router above the FW-1.
Keith, you might try it and please let me know if you solve it too by doing
my way.

Subject: [FW1] DMZ can't access to internet
Dear Rusdyanto Tardjono,
We are also stuck at the same step of pre-installation where we are supposed
to verify that we can ping the router from the DMZ. We can ping the FW from
the DMZ, and we can ping the router from the FW, but we can't ping the
router from the DMZ (i.e. ping through the FW).
Please let us know if you get the answer to your question & if we discover a
solution to our problem we will inform you.
Best regards,
Keith Edwards
