When I got my firewire PB I had to get a 250 zip module to go with it. I don't know why the idea attracted me. But nearly two years later I see that an external zip or no zip at all would have been better. I rarely use it. I guess I felt I needed a replacement for a floppy drive. But I don't have access to other computers with zip drives. I exchange files by e-mail or over a network. I have airport at home and my wife and I pass files wirelessly. And I burn CDs for backup or transferring large files. And I agree with Thomas that the module concept isn't all that useful.
