I agree with Joe in his comments about Entourage. Also I love it's seamless integration between address book, email client, calendar, and Synching to my Visor. I used to use Outlook, and now find it clumsy. I'll try out the new iCal (and future iSync), but Entourage has been publishing a calendar to the web for a couple of years.
