You'd have to ship it to me to diagnose it.  You can't  accurately
"diagnose" a problematic Mac through e-mail discussions.  That being said, I
would Run Apple's Hardware test and then Tech Tool Pro.  I would also
suggest doing a "Nuke and Pave."  Zero all data on the drive and do a
re-install.  This will take a loooong time, but will eliminate a lot of
possibilities.  

There is definitely something wrong with your system Ryan.  You need to have
it looked at BEFORE something bad happens and you lose important data.  I
would guess you have a Hard Disk problem or bad Ram, but it is impossible to
tell without getting my hands on it.
