These things happen. I send my PowerMac G5 to the Apple
Store a week ago. I was told that the holiday repairs were
still being processed, and that I might have to wait a
week or more. Hang in there. I know how you feel.

A week ago i sent my iBook in to be repaired since it
would no longer
power up. I was told the best case scenario was it
would have been
back by wednesday, but more likely thursday. Well, if
anyone has
noticed, it's no longer wednesday, thursday, and friday,
for all
intense purposes friday is gone as well. Checked the
status on my
iBook, and it has been listed as "begin repair" since
the 10th.
How long should this take?
How exactly did you go about the repair? Did you get a
case number and have
Apple send you a box via DHL? Or did you drop it off at
a repair center?
