The 17" didn't appeal to me due to the poorly designed keyboard.
Uh ?!
It has the smae keyboard as the 12" and the 15", full size, and the best PowerBook keyboard ever made!! IMO.
I have a 12" and a 15" Alu. ---
not to mention ports on the side.
So that you don't have to turn the thing upside down everytime you want to plu/unplug something.
Comparing my Alu Books to my 550 and 667DVI TiBooks, there's no competition.
The AluBook is the best ever portable.
Planning to buy a new 15" with illuminated keyboard :o) (my wife has the student discount!!)
