Why should your Pismo be forced into retirement once it is no longer
supported by Apple? Will the programs you installed on it and which do the
work you want them to do, suddenly stop working?

I'm working with a Wallstreet and a beige G3 MT both running Mac OS 8.6. I
have alle the programs I need for these machines and they both do the work I
want them to do. And this will continue even when Apple stops supporting the
"classic" Mac OS or changes to Intel Macs....

Frankly, I can't understand why people complain about the move to Intel
processors or the end of Classic support -- it doesn't affect my computers
or my computing habits in the least.
