I have a friend who is computer administrator for a small college that supports both Macs and PCs. He doesn't like Macs at all, since he says every five minutes there is an update that he has to implement school wide. He must be going nuts with the advent of X. (Of course I appreciate the constant improvement but I see his point of view.) On the other hand, I have to admit that Apple's web site is full of support for older systems, going way back.
