Well, after a few installs and a couple of hardware failures I finally got
10.1.5 (I know, I know--ditch and get 10.2, but this is what I have for now
and it works o.k.) on one partition, 9.2.2 for classic on another, and a
Sonnet G4/500 zif all installed and working on my G3MT (was 266). A faulty
firewire case has been replaced and I am about to take my old quantum 40GB
HD out of the MT and put it in the firewire case. I want to repartition this
drive before I move it to the FW. My question: should I do this with the OS
X disk utility or the classic drive set up? If I do it with the OS X disk
utility, will I be able to "see" the FW drive if I am booted in straight
9.2.2 (not classic)?

Thanks,
Bonnie
