May sound crazy, but try a new mobo battery. The onboard video needs a kick from the mobo battery to get it started. It's cured seemingly dead LC475's and PM8500's (amongst others) for me in the past.

Looks like I've killed my beige G3. Hit the power switch on the keyboard and it makes the familiar sound, but that's about it. HD does power up, but it does not make much noise after that. I've tried it with 3 different drives. Won't boot from the CD or floppy either. I've pressed the CUDA switch a time or two, didn't seem to make any difference. Any ideas?
