Hi everyone: It seems that the general consensus is that I need to hound the Cable company to do something about the signal. Okay, thing is, I lost patience the first time around; after four visits and a lot of stalling on their part, nothing had been done. But it sounds like that's what I'll have to deal with until they've resolved the problem.
