Universities have great auctions sometimes. University of Wisconsin comes to mind. They usually have computer stuff (usually not great) as well as scientific items (usually awesome and cheap.) No shipping though, only pickup. Lost the link but I'm sure you can find it.
The Vintage Computer site : http://ave13co.com/ always has lots of great stuff but the prices are not usually bargain basement. It's frequented by collectors who usually know their stuff.
