Beware if some one is suddenly selling a G5 with a Cinema display and all their other auctions were selling stuff like salt and pepper shakers.
Good point! Always take a look at the Sellers other auctions, both current and completed.
beware of auctions with just stock photos or where bad english is used.
Stock photos - eh. Sometimes they're ok. OTOH, there's my fav:

Would you buy a Mac that looks like that?
Bad english... hum. Yea, IMO spilling and grammah count. All caps = move on. If the Seller can't be bothered to make a nice presentation then he/she/it probably can't be bothered to ship either...
- Dan.
Dan, the spelling and grammer point I was trying to make is that a lot of these fraud auctions for G5's, cheap top of the line G4 Powerbooks, 30" Cinema diplays, high end consumer electronics are done with accounts that are hijacked by non english speaking people. They seem to come from Asia mostly. They usually are "But it Now" auctions that you have to be "Pre - Approved" for ;-) ! They only accept Western Union moneygrams. How convenient for the thiefs >:o . Geez, how could anyone think they could sell that Mac?
