Just a mo! I have been paid by credit card via Paypal (the main reason I use it!) and have not had to link it in any way to a bank account.. so I don't think you have this right here, Gene. Sure, when someone pays by credit card (not other ways) one has to pay a small percentage but compared to setting up a credit card facility via your bank or other means on the web, this is truly small beer...
