Awh, that's sad to here.
As you said that you don't want to touch this problem even for your most 
popular game to be included.
Still to switch out of the Monopoly game to do something to help others play 
in a Voice Chat room, the host still needs not only to save the game but 
bring it back up and resume the game.
To leaving the game like that Jimmy is not very user friendly, even if the 
game is free.

My suggestion, is to build a function that could fit all your games.
What I see is a "Pause" function.  Gamers who need to pop out of the game 
say to take instant message or what ever can pause the game.
This function usually consists of the keyboard only accepting the toggle 
switch to resume the game, while other keystrokes like Alt-tab could be 
invoke.

For Tom I do hope you have a pause feature in Raceway, when one really needs 
a real Pit stop.  Wink.
