Hi Shaun, That's the way in which most users end up with Jaws. Freedom Scientific has a lot of pull with state agencies and rehab centers for the blind in which they promote only Freedom Scientific products. As a result whenever you show up for a job or something the state agency will only agree to buy Jaws, Openbook, or Magic for your job instead of what the end user wants regardless if you have Hal, Window-Eyes, or something else at home. That is a big reason why I no longer deal with state agencies and their so-called techs because they are bias towards other products out there.
