Hi Hayden, Sure. You need to download and install the Microsoft Help SDK from the MSDN website. I believe the latest version is 1.4. Basically, what you do is you write your help documentation in html according to the instructions in the SDK documentation, and then compile it into a chm file with the tools provided with the SDK.
