Hi Carlo, great work your version 3.1.0.1410 seems to work, the "EXPORT_SYMBOLS = -Wl,-bexpfull" fixes the problem. I think this was the only change, haven' t checked that. I compiled ganglia this way, the --disable-shared solves the problem with the linked libganglia.a. # ./configure --enable-static-build --disable-shared --disable-python --with-libapr=/opt/freeware/bin/apr-1-config
Gmond needs some time to start, but this should be no problem. My first quick test was: telnet localhost 8649 I' ve seen some values, which seems to be okay.
