Ed Mitchell from The Pit is pretty much a legend.
I think that he crushed Bobby Flay in a Throw Down at one point.
John Stage from Dino BBQ in NY has a pretty good rep, and I've seen
Mike Mills in those Food Network shows where they go to BBQ
competitions around the country. He seems to do well.
