I could have worded it better, I am indeed writing my own proposal for
GSoC, I was rather referring to working on the same idea for GSoC of
improving support for Windows targets instead of Julian, since he isn't
able to make it for this year. I refrained from sending this mail
earlier, as I was informed there was a serious misunderstanding that
happened when I first introduced myself. Given that I'm not sure whether
it has been fully resolved, I will await further instruction before I
proceed with any further action. I was initially going to ask whether to
send the draft here as an RFC or on the GSoC website, or both, but I
think I'll wait for the issue to be fully resolved before I begin
sending any drafts.
