Could someone please show the J-PMC the 'correct organizational
structure'? One of the hardest problems on the J-PMC is explaining just
what the point of the J-PMC is and what people are signing into when they
agree to be on it.

'Oversight' is about as well defined as the 'ASF Way'.

Greg does do a good job of pointing things out as they happen on the list,
but there is much for us to learn about our role.

Given this, if J-C were to move into A-C today as a whole, it seems we
would still be sitting there learning and being frustrated at the parts
that don't translate well to us. Maybe the J-PMC just need to invite some
more of the ASF PMC experienced members onto the J-PMC as guests to show
us the way.
