Jkeyboard is still working, but android had changed the way to select it. procedure is something like language & input > tap on current keyboard > tap on choose keyboard > tap on Jkeyboard. Then Jkeyboard will be displayed in selection list and you can select it by tap on current keyboard again.
IIRC the app permission issue had already been mentioned in jwiki, or may be not, but anyways, it should have already fixed in j806 beta.
