The Mckoi site is at http://www.mckoi.com/database, the owners are at
http://www.iglou.com/adiehl.
They menion in the FAQ that the license is GPL but 'you wish to use the
database under a different
license then contact us for further details'. Anybody feels lucky and want
to give them a call ;-)
