Hi,
I am interested in converting the few coordiantes (highly conserved across 
species) from chicken assembly to human hg18. I have used in the UCSC browser 
the "convert" option inorder to map the region in chicken to hg18 and it worked 
perfect. I want to know if there is a way to map a set/batch of coordinates 
instead of doing one by one manually?
