Hi,
I went though the list of modules to be reassigned and
made a list of the modules that still haven't been
(partly or fully) reassigned:

demo/mappane-use -> mbedward
modules/library/coverage -> simboss (done), mbedward (nope)
modules/library/metadata -> jgarnett (not maintainer?)
modules/plugin/wfs -> groldan (and move to unsupported)
modules/unsupported/caching -> egouge
modules/unsupported/mappane -> mbedward (not module maint.)

Btw, the caching module:
- is not in the build, not even when building with -Dall
- does not compile (MarshallerTest), I guess due
   to missing dependencies
Same goes for the coverageio-hdf, not in the build,
and does not even compile (with an impossibly high
number of compile issues...)
The third module is the "OGR" one, that was not
ported over to SimpleFeature. Still waiting for
conformation on anyone stepping up to maintain
it, so for the moment I won't take action on it.

Btw, there is another cleanup I would like to make
<developers> wise. Following suit Simone's example
I would like to mark all non active developers
are "Retired module developer" in the pom.xml
Afaik the practice so far has just been to represent
what is the current set of developers, but if
we want to preserve history we can just add
"Retired" in front of existing roles in the pom.
Anyone against this?

Cheers
Andrea
