I would like to backport GEOT-4160: Support parsing srsName in OGC HTTP URI format to 8.x (for inclusion in 8.3). It has been on master for two months. I was able to cherry-pick it cleanly, and it is building now.
I am asking because it affects referencing which is core and ... unforgiving.
