As an aside I had a student saying she couldn't find version 2.10 of
OpenLayers as all that was available was 2.1. Apparently she has never
used a piece of software with a minor number beyond .3 as you can't
charge as much for the minor revisions as the new major versions. I
tried to explain how open source is different but I don't think she
got it.
