I managed to install a current cygwin on my NT installation (a bit difficult - NT is so old that it can't read DVDs), and compiled the current snapshot. I haven't seen problems with the commandline editing, but I used the cursor keys. Maybe the Ctrl key isn't working with Cygwin as desired? > The doc is in info format, html would have been easier. > I can of course read the ps, but that is very slow for > searching. I may have to convert it all to pdf :-) Good idea for the Windows distribution. We can be sure that every Windows user has a HTML browser. I put the current snapshot (with docs still as ps and info) as self-installing executable at http://www.jwdt.com/~paysan/gforth-0.6.1-20030806.exe (3.5M) It will not mess around with the registry more than necessary (to allow uninstall). -- Bernd Paysan "If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself" http://www.jwdt.com/~paysan/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
