I reran `encrypt_columns_plaintext_footer_ctr.parquet.encrypted` from apache/parquet-testing#130 with released arrow-go v18.8.0 and parquet-java 1.18.1. Both readers verify the footer signature and read all 50 rows across all eight columns with values matching the generator. Both reject an incorrect footer key and a missing double-column key. Keyless projection of the six public columns also succeeds. Raw footer metadata declares `AES_GCM_CTR_V1`.
