http:/www.goggles4u.com/ has one of the best search tools I've seen among thses retailers: It allows you to set a minimum amount for *every* measurement and has a few other drop-down menu options like rim-type, material, and color.
Unfortunately, I don't think they have much of a selection in your size. A pair I just got from them has the width you're looking for, but I had a lot of trouble finding temples in anything other than 135.
