Here's the two I picked:

Here's my prescription:

OD SPH-1.50 CYLsph
OS SPH-1.75 CYL-0.25 AX007

Michael - Yes, I found the same at goggles4u, good search tool,
but apparently a poor inventory.

Eric, I also found these at EyeBuy:

http://www.eyebuydirect.com/metal-glasses-regal-gold-p-2028.html

They have 150 mm temples, but if they are 2 for 1, that might be good.

And, I also broke down and splurged on a nice pair of sunglasses.

I've never had a good pair of prescription glasses before with
polarized lenses, so I did some more digging and found these:

I usually don't spend that kind of cash, but I have some money
in my medical account that I wanted to use up. It still seems
silly to drop that amount of money on them, but I had trouble
finding the right size frame at the same place that sells polarized
lenses. Most just sell tinted lenses, and for long distance driving,
polarized is the way to go.

It probably would have been cheaper to just get some frames, and
then go somewhere locally to get polarized lenses made for them, but
again, I'm really sick of dealing with the local big franchise stores
and I'll do almost anything to not give them my business.

I'm not even go into the stories about those places that I've heard
from
close friends and family who all worked there at one time.

Thanks so much everyone for your advice, I'll post followups! Where
is the Flickr group for pics?
