Could you describe where the '<tt></tt>' tags would go?  I tried the following
perl code to no avail:

        $cell = submit (-name=>"Host",
                        -value=>"<tt>${host}</tt>"
                       ); 

and I got exactly that in all the buttons, "<tt>somename</tt>".

So I obviously did something wrong.

Maybe I ought to take a break. I've been looking at this all day, and 
I'm starting to try things I know won't work in hopes that maybe the
server will humor me the second or third time around.
