Hi Eli, You are unfortunately incorrect as the only log entry with additional information was for #3 and it was the following:
Request was aborted after waiting too long to attempt to service your request. This may happen sporadically when the App Engine serving cluster is under unexpectedly high or uneven load. If you see this message frequently, please contact the App Engine team. Neither log entry #1 nor #2 were cold starts and thus did not have the accompanying message to indicate they were. #1 & #2 were served by a warm server yet suffer from extreme variances in response times. Regarding a one on one - I never requested it but as a last resort after having heretofore receiving no response back.
