I have two PDF files - they are free to use and distribute. they happen to be PDF "form" files - that is, they enable you to enter data into these PDF forms, and once you are done, you can then 'export' the data you entered as an XML data file. I have two PDF forms - they are identical in every way - except; -- one exports an XML file that is a valid ASTM CCR XML file. -- one exports an XML file that is a valid HL7 Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) XML file. This was designed as an example for anyone interested in implementing PDF Forms in a workflow can simplify, secure, and speed transactions between entities with varying levels of automation and technical knowledge. So, if you do not want that, sure no problem. In the the case that you want a 'free' online system that might generate such things, well...nothing that i can find that is specifc to any diabetes.
