@Micahel Jahn

I'd like your off subject suggestion. I am advising NGOs in Haiti 2010
Earthquake & Africa in mobile. I'll check it out to see how I can use it in
poverty or crisis situations. This is why I love helping people in developer
forum.

Understanding the PDF form is very helpful. I've got a lot of questions. Can
I get a mobile version of PDF to work in a mobile device? Enter data into
mobile PDF form. Save and export the data in XML data file that I can push
to 1) SQLite database and/or push to 2) MySQL database and/or push to 3)
Google App Engine (GAE)? Import data from GAE to Google Health?

Looking ahead. Can I OCR PDF form from mobile camera? scan PDF form and
extract the text (convert language to English with Google Translate). Save
data into XML data file.

### Upload XML data to Google Health user acct ###
I am not actively working on this part. So I can't verify the status.
However, I think you can save all XML data into Google App Engine. Use
Google App Engine to create / update the data in Google Health user account
via Google Health API. Unfortunately I don't think consumer can directly
upload a PDF form into Google Health user account automatically.

I think there is a lot to be done before this could happen. Standardize the
form field & PDF forms. Making XFA form free online so anyone can create
XFA-based PDF patient form.

### XFA ###
Creating XFA Forms for use in Adobe Reader requires Adobe LiveCycle Forms
Designer.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XFA

It is more expensive to create PDF form using XFA.
