The PDF form lets people type into it. The PDF form exports a valid ASTM CCR XML data file. That is where I stop - I am looking to others to figure out how to consume that CCR data file. The construction of the PDF is using the things you can find here http://www.aiim.org/standards/article.aspx?ID=33284 - and in our case, with Adobe LiveCycle - http://www.adobe.com/products/livecycle/ Question - Did you use Full version of Acrobat and JavaScript to create form fields and validate data fields? no. This uses XFA forms. Question - Do you upload XML data file to Google Health account via web interface of user account? No. That is what I would like to have help with.
