configured and it does take a good few hours to set each PC, printers and
links up.

We trialed BP for a week or so prior to change over , running in conjunction
with MD - changed over database on a Saturday morning -
Now this impressed me - On the Friday received a call from BP support - was
given a mobile number to call for any assistance over the weekend - used it
twice for some simple settings - the support was unbelievable - accurate,
timely and very reassuring.
Saturday morning went smoothly - yes, each workstation does need to be
configured and it does take a good few hours to set each PC, printers and
links up.
All docs on board Monday morning, --- new software - full day - once again
expected a nightmare with potential for disaster - NO hassles at all - few
minor niggles like finding the right buttons to do what you expected with MD
. - but once again docs took to it like they had been using it for years -
Have not looked back - no ads AT ALL, - speed ++,
Overall I like the way it works - maybe its more intuitive, but seem to be
able to find things, and feel more confident of being able to build up a
highly functional electronic record.
We have few niggles which I am confident WILL be ironed out, but they really
are minor.
The BP forum is great.
Well that's my personal experience.

Most of it Liz we could agree on surely, the letters, the reference
material, the specialist letters with progress notes and results added, the
educational material etc etc if not the GPMPs and TCA's or medication
reviews etc
