This installer is the source of a great number of problems for Mac users. It is
my opinion that it really should be removed from the website. One thing I
object to is its use of /usr/bin, which really should be reserved for the OS.
There are other issues. But I digress.

Being Christmas, I do not presently have time to list the steps I recommend to
take to remove it, nor do I have the time to walk you through the installation
procedure. I’ve posted both in the past. I’ll try and locate them when I get a
chance and send them to you. Hopefully tomorrow.

In the meantime, a few questions. I presume you are running Yosemite and Mac
Ports 2.3.3?

From your output, I suspect you were not in the correct directory when you ran
autoreconf -f. I recommend running autoreconf -f -i, btw, in the directory you
downloaded gregorio to via svn.
