I think it's "Aang"...

Being a big fan of the Avatar series-- I'd wonder about the DX score... he 
seems quite agile to me.  Also, for someone who's 12 years old, Aang seems 
quite bright.

Disadvantages might also include impulsive.

The other bending powers could be taken as latencies.  I'd probably figure some 
way to give him a very high bending talent, because he picks things up in this 
regard extremely fast.

The Karate skill in my mind is tricky, because clearly the bending skill 
involves martial arts movements.  But only the Firebenders in my mind have 
directly translated this into a combat art.  Look at Katara.  I doubt she could 
use her Waterbending moves in a practical fighting situation (from the 
Waterbending Scroll, I'd say Water Bending is Yang Style Tai Chi, 
incidentally).  A better way to characterize this might be Karate Art as 
distinguished from Karate.  And one might further subdivide Karate Art (Air 
Bending)-20.  That would give you a mechanism to distinguish between the 
different elements.

This is a challenging character for GURPS to try and model.  Keep up the good 
work!
