This is some thing I have been saying for a long time. I suggested that
when you play any audio content, the volume up and down would only change
the volume of what's playing and not change the tts volume.

They need to have separate volume controls for the tts and the audio
player. I have to turn up the volume to hear the player, but it raises the
tts volume, too. When I'm using the external speaker, I set the volume to
21 and the audio player isn't loud enough. The tts is a little too loud.
