Hi. It sounds like something in the installation has been corrupted. Try this:

* Insert the 7.11 CD and choose advanced/emergency removal. From the main setup screen, press A then E.

* Follow the prompts and reboot your machine.

* Install 7.11 again and take note in the area where it asks for your name and company, that the read only edit box has your serial number.

Many thanks.

Hi list

Yesterday I installed WE 7.11 under Windows 7 from a replacement CD. After
restarting the computer, I now get the message that my Window-Eyes is a
demo. When I go to GW Micro's upgrade page and enter my serial number, I
get
the message that the number is not valid. However, when consulting my
personal details on Internet from the same computer running Windows
Vista on a removable drive where I installed WE 7.11 as a downloaded
upgrade, I see that everything is correct. What can I do to register WE
7.11
in Windows 7 as a full version?

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
