Over all Thunderbird 3.x has worked well for me with Window-Eyes 7 and now 7.2 beta. I do encounter the screen scrambling problem fairly frequently. In my case it is not a cursor delay problem. Sometimes hitting home to get the cursor to the left of the line helps, sometimes a re-draw helps, and sometimes going into the edit menu and hitting re-wrap cleans it up. Sometimes text seems to simplyh disappear although it really has not. Even with these issues, it remains the best thing I have used. I have noticed that in the beta using the up and down arrow keys to change the search box from From to Subject etc no longer reads the selected search type. If I tab and then shift-tab back into the field it will then tell me. In 7.1.1 this worked most of
