Well, I may be in the minority, but from what I read and what I hear,
it's not a tiny minority. I guess it's just as easy to blame the user as
it is to blame the manufacturer, and the answer is probably somewhere in
the middle, but I have some of the same issues on all 3 systems that I
run.
I am the first to admit that I am not a guru, but I shouldn't have to
be. If I own a car, and I maintain it properly, I should be able to
expect that when I turn the key in the ignition, that the engine will
start and the car will run. I don't think that many people would drive
if cars were so unreliable that one would have to worry every time they
got into the car as to whether it would start, how far it would go
before the engine stalled, etc. In closing, I will just say that these
developments trouble me because I have been a loyal GW customer since I
bought Vocal Eyes in 1992.

Andy,

why do you think so few people seem to feel the way you do? Do you
think it possibly could be something on your pc? I'd say most of the
rest of us feel it's as stable as it ever was, and the benefits of the
scripting is just enormous.
