all you need now for the batch file is the path to the wineyes.exe file

for a 64 bit win 7 use
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GW Micro\Window-Eyes\wineyes.exe" /k
include the quotes in the batch file.

Hello, Morné

I think you need the same thing I need. It depends on your operating system.

I need to find the batch file I had a few months ago.

It was a batch file for XP but now I need the batch file and directions for
Windows 7. The XP batch file was to be saved to the documents file with a
short cut to the desk top and then a Hot Key was associated to that
shortcut. Once that hot key combination was pressed WE was Killed
completely and WE could be restarted.

I used it all the time with WE 8.0 and xp. It saved me allot of time being
able to kill WE processes and being able to restart without having to reboot
the entire system.

The batch file is better than the app because the app won’t work if WE is
not working. So the process killer is what is needed in the case of WE not
responding.

I hope this answer and request helps both of us.

Shannon

Hello list,

Is there a solution to restart your computer when WE decides to lock up? WE
(as usual nowadays) locked up yesterday and I had to press my on-off button
on the computer and in the process damaged some of my Outlook files. Any
“save” solution to this problem? I’m running the newest version of WE.

Regards

Morné
