My daughter is re-reading the Anne of Green Gables books for the third or fourth time. She wants to know what the dress with "puffed sleeves" that Anne longs for as a child would look like. I am not familiar with that period. I know, I know, I can look it up. But I thought someone here might know off the top of his/her head.
