Ditto, and Voting +1 for -extras being a host of any licensed plugin,
theme..etc as long as that one contribute does not violate any license
itself (eg. A plugin that is licensed ASL and has GPL third party code).
The repo would be handy in providing a centralized hosting for all plugins
in the next-to-come directory. And since we are not *redistributing* any ASL
code with GPL code, there is no violation of any kind even if they are not
compatible.
