Of course, as you probably guess, *I* don't speak/read Vietnamese and
probably neither does Arne (I suppose he's fluent in Chinese, afte
rliving for 10 years in TW).

As you may see, my English is broken enough for nobody to be ashamed
to continue this discussion in Broken International English. After
all, I'm myself using the "Frenglish" variant where French grammar and
expressions are slowly leaking into my tentative to write English.

The FLOSS i18n community is very good at communicating in various
flavours of broken English, anyway..:)

(I also obviously do read/write French, which is my native
language... I know there are still some remains of French culture in
Vietnam, of course!)
